Looking to de-stress dinner prep?

As a caregiver I have often found that the most stressful thing was to make dinner.  A full day of caregiving and then I needed to cook!  Sometimes I just couldn’t face it and ordered pizza.

A crock pot or slow cooker is a great way to start dinner in the morning and then have a great meal hours later.
